Refund policy

Order Cancellations

We can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already begun processing or shipping, we can no longer cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please email minibrikz@gmail.com with your order number.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international fulfilment, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or unwanted items.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery at minibrikz@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement promptly.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, we will send a free replacement package.

If tracking confirms successful delivery but you did not receive the package, we may request additional information to investigate with the carrier.


Refunds

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • The order is cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

  • The order cannot be fulfilled or shipped

  • A replacement item cannot be provided for a damaged or defective product

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to appear.
